We currently ship to the destinations below.  Since our products are tailor-made just for you upon receipt of your order, please allow up to 10 working days for processing and production.  Once ready, we shall arrange delivery straight to your door via SF Express and will email you with tracking details so that you know your order is on the way!  If your country is not on our current list of destinations, please email us at info@alinibini.com to see if special arrangements can be made.

Refunds

At Alini Bini, we pride ourselves on offering personalisation of all types of unique names, nicknames, and initials.  Once your order is submitted, we shall proceed based on the details you have inputted. We therefore request that you carefully confirm all personalisation details before completing your order. Please note that you will not be eligible for any refund due to typographical/spelling errors.

You may be eligible for a refund where: (a) there is a discrepancy between your inputted details and those appearing on the product received; (b) the product received contains a defect; or (c) we have mistakenly sent you the incorrect product.  To enable us to consider your refund request, you must: 

  1. Take clear, detailed photos of the product(s) received; 
  2. Email the photos to us within 3 days of receipt at info@alinibini.com; and
  3. Please be sure to include your Order Number. 

Any refund(s) offered shall be credited back to you using your original payment method.
