1. Where do you ship to and how much does delivery cost?

We currently ship to the destinations below.  Since our products are tailor-made just for you upon receipt of your order, please allow up to 14 working days for processing and production.  Once ready, we shall arrange delivery straight to your door via SF Express and notify you by email so that you know your order is on the way!  If your country is not on our current list of destinations, please email us at info@alinibini.com to see if special arrangements can be made.

2. Do you have a retail store I can visit?

No, we are an exclusively online bespoke boutique. Given the highly personalised nature of our products, each order is tailor-made to your specifications once your order is processed. 

3. When can I expect to receive my product?

Since each Alini Bini product is carefully and lovingly tailor-made for its unique little recipient, please allow up to 14 working days for processing and production.  Please refer to the table in (1) above for estimated delivery times.  

4. Do I need to sign for my parcel?

Yes, signature is required upon receipt of your parcel.  

5. Can I request for my order to be left outside my house? 

Unfortunately not, as we require a signature upon delivery.  However, SF Express will usually attempt delivery on two occasions and contact the recipient accordingly.  After 2 delivery attempts, re-delivery may be subjected to additional charges. 

6. Can I include a greeting card?

Certainly! Each Alini Bini product comes with a complimentary handwritten greeting tag and our signature Alini Bini packaging comprising our beautiful 2-tone reusable tote bag and festive Alini Bini ribbon.

7. My order is a gift, can you remove all pricing information from the package? 

All Alini Bini products are packaged without price tags or receipts.  

8. Do you offer gift vouchers? 

Yes we do! Please check out our digital gift vouchers here

9. How will I know what my bespoke product will look like in real-life?

We have tried our very best to feature a wide variety of real-life photographs of our collection on our website.  We hope this gives you a good idea about the quality of our products, which we have carefully selected. To view more photos, please follow us on Instagram here where we will be posting continuously! 

10. Why are your products mainly recommended for kids above 2 years? 

Please note that these are merely our recommendations, based on factors such as the size of product (e.g.our throws and blankets); whether there are any small parts (e.g. My Pillow-Pal which features a tiny zip); or how easily the product can be handled (e.g. My Bini-Bottle has a larger opening suitable for older children).  All of our products make excellent keepsakes though and can be gifted at earlier stages, or as you see fit for your child!  

11. How come I did not receive an order confirmation? 

You should receive an order confirmation to the email you provided within 24 hours of placing your order.  Please double-check both your Inbox and Junk folders, or contact us at info@alinibini.com.

12. How do I receive delivery updates?

We will be sure to update you via email once your personalised order has been dispatched.  You may contact us at any time to check on the status of your order. 

13. How will I know how to care for my Alini Bini products? 

Don't worry! Every Alini Bini item comes with easy care instructions to follow. 

 14. Do you offer refunds?

 At Alini Bini, we pride ourselves on offering personalisation of all types of unique names, nicknames, and initials.  Once your order is submitted, we shall proceed based on the details you have inputted. We therefore request that you carefully confirm all personalisation details before completing your order. Please note that you will not be eligible for any refund due to typographical/spelling errors.

You may be eligible for a refund where: (a) there is a discrepancy between your inputted details and those appearing on the product received; (b) the product received contains a defect; or (c) we have mistakenly sent you the incorrect product. 

15. How do I apply for a refund? 

To enable us to consider your refund request, you must:
(1) Take clear, detailed photos of the product defect(s); 
(2) Email the photos to us within 3 days of receipt of the product(s) at info@alinibini.com; and
(3) Please be sure to include your Order Number. 

16. How will I receive my refund? 

Any refund offered shall be credited back to you using your original payment method.
